Virtex™ UltraScale™ is a product family of Field Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) developed by Xilinx, designed to provide high performance and scalability for demanding applications. Virtex UltraScale devices provide the greatest performance and integration at 20nm, including serial I/O bandwidth and logic capacity. The Virtex UltraScale family offers FPGAs with varying numbers of logic cells, ranging from 2.5M to 4.4M, and features advanced connectivity options such as high-speed transceivers capable of up to 32.75 Gbps, 100 Gigabit Ethernet MACs, and DDR4 memory controllers.
